We loved this place. As a Midwest girl, living on the East Coast, Breaded Port Tenderloin sandwiches are rarely found. We made a special trip just to have one. We wished we lived closer! After a little wait to be greeted, we were promptly waited on. Our server was great! She was very attentive. I had the BPT it was delicious. Hubby had the Cowboy Burger and said it was very tasty. The atmosphere makes us want to come back and visit!
This is a great local place for just about any type of gathering. During the week there are various special activities such as BINGO on Thursday evenings and a lobster special on Wednesdays. On certain days of the week breakfast is available. Lots of tvs for just about any type of sport. Happy hour with very reasonably priced drinks and beer. It is great for families with kids as well as adults out with friends. Having gone there for years we feel like we are family and know so many of the waitresses by name. Also, there are coupons available online and in the coupon magazines, which helps especially with large families. Many places on the "island" have come and gone but this one remains a favorite for "pub grub" and fun. Locals don't feel price gouged and visitors comment on the welcome.
We randomly chose Red Frog & McToad's since we saw it when we drove to our condo for vacation. We didn't wait at all for our table or food. The meal we had was delicious. We enjoyed the black and bleu burger, mahi tacos, and fried shrimp. We enjoyed all of the different TVs available to watch while enjoying our food.

A nice drive along the coast away from busy downtown St. Augustine. Within walking distance from a beach. Family friendly sports bar. The menu has something for everybody, from tacos, to pasta to burgers n pizza. This is the place where everybody will be happy to find something without driving to multiple restaurants in one day. Kids menu available. The chicken bombers are thick n juicy. The option to have then naked or bathed in a sauce. Really delicious. The Sheppard's Pie was oh-so delicious ! Just the right amount of the ingredients that make sheppard's pies a great dish. Enough to satisfy your appetite after a long day of sightseeing or work. TVs spread throughout for viewing sporting events. A bar area for adults to wind down or turn up! Stop by and enjoy yourself!
